JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned AGA has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 2.
Issue notice to respondent no. 3. Steps be taken within a week.
List this case on 29.3.2016, on which date Smt. Priya Rani Bhat (corpus) shall be produced by respondent no. 3 before this court.
However, notice shall only be issued to respondent no. 3 if Mr. Jitendra Singh deposits an amount of Rs. 15,000/- by way of Bank Draft drawn in favour of Smt. Priya Rani Bhat (corpus) in the office of the Registrar General of this Court within a period of one week from today.
In case, the said amount is not deposited within the period prescribed above, no notice shall be issued to respondent no. 3.
