Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.3.
In compliance of order dated 21.12.2015, opposite party no.3 produced detenue Smt. Pratibha Yadav. Detenue Smt. Pratibha Yadav has been identified by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for opposite party no.3 and by her husband.
On being query made by the Court, the detenue Smt. Pratibha Yadav states that her marriage was solemnized on 04.02.2015 with Manish Yadav. The behaviour of her husband Manish Yadav is not good due to which at present she is living with her father opposite party No.3. She has not been illegally detained by opposite party no.3 or anyone. She is major aged about 27 years.
Admittedly, the detenue Smt. Pratibha Yadav is major. She has stated that she is student of M.B.A. she has not been illegally detained by her father, opposite party no.3 or anyone. She is living with her parents on her own sweet will.
In view of the above statement of victim, this Habeas Corpus Petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
