JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Gaus Beg for opposite parties no. 1 and 2.
Notice to opposite parties no. 3 to 5 is dispensed with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, who is a Senior Superintendent in a Central Government undertaking has been transferred from Regional Office, Lucknow to Harduaganj site office, Aligarh by the impugned order dated 7.6.2010, Anneuxre No.1 to the writ petition, against which she has represented to the concerned authority but without passing any order on her representation relieving order dated 12.6.2010, Annexure no.7 has been passed. It is also submitted that petitioner's husband is an employee of the State Government and is posted at Sultanpur, a nearby city, therefrom he is commuting to Lucknow daily and her two grown up daughters are studying at Lucknow and their education shall adversely affect if the petitioner is transferred.
Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts the prayer for the disposal of the petitioner's representation within a definite time frame.
In view of this and without entering into merit of the case, opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.6.2010, Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, within 15 days from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. Till the disposal of the representation as directed above, the operation of the impugned transfer and relieving orders shall remain stayed.
With the above observation, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
