JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant Writ Petition is FIR relating to case crime No. 4145 of 2009 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act and Section 3 (1) (x) SC/ST Act of Police Station Kotwali Nagar, district Faizabad.
We have gone through the contents of the FIR and especially with respect to the allegations of fraud having been committed by the petitioners. Since the contents of the FIR disclose commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.
The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
