JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Om Prakash-VII,J.
We have perused the report dated 19.7.2014 given by the office. The explanation given in the report needs proper attention. In case, if the files and applications are missing and are not traceable, it is a serious matter, which is to be addressed and should be brought to the notice of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
Office is directed to place this file before the Registrar General by tomorrow and the Registrar General is directed to place this file before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate action.
However, having regard to the facts and circumstances, we again direct the office to re-construct the record so that the case may be disposed of.
