JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Pankaj Naqvi,J.
Issue notice to the respondents, who may file counter affidavit.
Apart from normal mode of service, the appellants shall also take steps for service of notice by registered post within three weeks. In case steps are not taken within the time allowed, Section 5 application shall stand dismissed as a consequence whereof the appeal shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to the court and office shall consign it to record.
In case steps are taken as directed, office shall issue notices, returnable within eight weeks.
List for orders on the date fixed by the office in the notice.
