JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the revised list, no one is present to press modification application, which is perused by this Court.
The order dated 8.8.2008 was passed by this Bench only in respect of the applicant Smt. Poonam Misra. The aforesaid order has not been passed in respect of the other accused. Therefore, proceedings shall remain stayed only in respect of the applicant Smt. Pooman Misra and not in respect of the other accused.
The modification application is disposed off.
