Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. Submission is that both the petitioners are married and they are major and in respect of both the facts, documents are on record. Both the petitioners are present in the Court.
It is further submitted that against the petitioners, no first information report or any criminal action is there, but the respondents are causing harassment in the peaceful married life of the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court directs that if there is no first information report or any criminal action against the petitioners, then they are not to be harassed in any manner and they are permitted to lead their peaceful married life. However, if the criminal proceedings or action is pending against petitioners then that may be proceeded in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation writ petition stands disposed of.
