Heard.
Considering the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to private opposite parties is dispensed with.
Considering the averments made in the writ petition and the documents annexed therewith as also the contention of the petitioners that they have married with each other on their own volition and that they are of the age of majority, without adjudicating the age of the petitioners or validity of their age, it is provided that the police shall not unnecessarily interfere in peaceful life of the petitioners unless the petitioners are wanted in any criminal case.
It is made clear that we have not adjudicated the age of petitioners or validity of their marriage.
With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
