Smt. Parmi Maurya vs Joint Dir., Matri Shishu Kalyan ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|04 February, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner's continuance in service is under a cloud on account of some inquiry, which is stated to be pending. The impugned communication records that an inquiry is also being conducted by the Central Bureau of Investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the Chief Medical Officer has indicated in a list that the inquiry of C.B.I. is not against the petitioner.
The letter dated 22.1.2010 indicates that the records of the petitioner have been summoned and after the inquiry is concluded, appropriate orders shall be passed. It is expected that the Chief Medical Officer shall pass an order as expeditiously as possible but not later than 3 months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
