JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is permitted to implead Smt. Ram Dulari as respondent no. 5 in the array of the party.
The contention of the petitioner is that she is legally wedded wife of the deceased employee. Her name is also shown as nominee in the service record and, therefore, she is entitled to get all the post retiral/service benefits of the deceased. One Smt. Ram Dulari, respondent no. 5, claims herself to be the wife of the deceased and claiming all the post retiral/service benefits. Respondent no. 1 has asked the petitioner to obtain succession certificate in her favour. The same is being challenged in the present petition.
The contention of the petitioner is that she is legally wedded wife of the deceased inasmuch as she along with her sons have been shown as the nominees in the service record and, therefore, she is entitled to get all the post retiral/service benefits.
Issue notice to respondent no. 5. Learned Standing Counsel representing respondent nos. 1 to 4 may file counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List thereafter.
