JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Naveen Chandra Upadhyay, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Shree Prakash Singh, learned counsel for respondents and perused the record.
As the point involved in the present case is trivial in nature, with the consent of parties, the writ petition is heard and decided at the admission stage.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the electricity connection was installed in the name of Smt. Ishrat Jahan, being second wife of Sri Izhar Husasin, R/o-Mohalla - Sayed Baadaa, Qazipura North, Bahraich, who died issue-less. The petitioner is the widow of late Izhar Hussain, to whom she married after the death of Smt. Ishrat Jahan. The petitioner is third wife of Late Izhar Hussain. After the death of the Izhar Hussain the husnad of the petitioner the petitioner remained in the house No. 585, Sayed Baadaa, Qazipura North, Bahraich. The son, namely Zulfikar Husasin of the first wife/Smt. Afroz Jahan of late Sri Izhar Hussain, the husband of the petitioner, confined the petitioner in a room of the aforesaid house and Zulfikar Hussain also misbehaved with the petitioner and disconnected the electricity connection of the portion/room of the petitioner in collusion with the officials of the Electricity Department.
In this regard, on 19.01.2018, the petitioner has sent a complaint to the In-Charge, Police Station, P.S. Basheer Ganj, District - Bahraich against Zulfikar Hussain but no action has been taken by the concerned against Zulfikar Hussain.
On 01.06.2018, petitioner also sent a representation to the Executive Engineer, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Vidyut Vitran K\hand, Bahraich and requested to give the electricty connection in the portion/room of the petitioner of the aforesaid house but no heed is being paid by the authority concerned and as such the petitioner is compelled to live in dark without electricity, which is a fundamental right of the petitioner.
On 01.06.2018, the petitioner has also sent an on-line complaint to the Chief Minister, U.P. and requested for a direction to Electricity Department for providing the electricity connection in portion/room of the petitioner of the aforesaid house but till today no electricity connection has been installed in the portion/room of the petitioner of the aforesaid house due to which the petitioner is suffering a lot.
After hearing hearing learned counsel for parties and going through the record, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioner move a fresh representation before respondent No. 2/Executive Engineer, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Vidyut Vitran Khand, District - Bahraich, within a period of two weeks from today for redressal of her grievances annexing all the relevant documents and materials in support of her case and after receiving the same, respondent No. 2 shall consider and decide the same by speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks thereafter.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
