Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA for the State- respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is the wife of the deponent who is being illegally detained by the respondent no.4, who is the mother of the petitioner. He has further stated that the respondent no.4 has fixed 24.1.2010 for remarriage of the petitioner with somebody else.
Issue notices to opposite party no.4 returnable within a week. Steps be taken within one week.
Learned AGA prays for and is granted a weeks time to file counter affidavit. Opposite party no.4 may also file counter affidavit within the same period. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he shall personally serve the notice upon opposite party no.4 outside the Court within a week.
Office is directed to issue Dasti notices within 24 hours to the learned counsel for the petitioner on payment of charges.
Let affidavit of service be filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner by the next date of listing.
