JUDGMENT / ORDER

It appears that there is a maintenance order in favour of the applicant for which she has already drawn execution proceeding which is pending.
The contempt application has been filed for alleged violation of order dated 14.03.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No. 800 of 2010 by which the revision of the opposite party against maintenance order has been dismissed without any further direction.
Under the circumstances, the contempt application is misconceived and is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to pursue her execution application, if any.
