1. The following main prayer has been made in the petition :-
"I. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of the mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the concerned opposite parties to provide the commercial electrical connection of the 3KV to the petitioner with immediate effect for her Shop No.-10 Commercial Complex Virat Khand - 4 Gomti Nagar Yojana Phase - II District Lucknow, UP, in the interests of justice. II............

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared to prosecute the case.
3. Shri Raj Baksh Singh, Advocate has appeared for respondent no.1/State and Shri Amit Kumar Dwivedi, Advocate has appeared for respondents no.2 to 5.
4. We deem it just and proper to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to make an application in proper format and under the relevant rules and regulations before respondent no.5 within a period of three weeks from today. We direct respondent no.5 to deal with the application and dispose it of within a period of four weeks of filing the application.
5. We make it clear that in case there is any issue between Lucknow Development Authority and Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited in regard to allotment of premises and electricity load, the same shall be resolved amicably between the two authorities so that injustice is not caused to the petitioner.
6. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
