The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No.10, Agra to decide the Original Suit No.1338 of 2015 (Smt. Neetu Maheshwari Vs. Mool Chand Maheshwari) within stipulated period.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the matter on its turn without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties if there is no legal impediment.
