Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner who happens to be the wife of complainant of Case Crime No.669A/09 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 326, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Subeha, District Barabanki had prayed that proper action be taken against the accused persons which is not being taken by the police authority despite registration of the FIR as far back as on 15.12.2009.
It is well settled that during the course of investigation, no interference can be taken under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
However, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the Superintendent of Police, Barabanki to look into the matter and see that proper investigation is done in accordance with law.
