Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
This is an application for correction of order dated 20.10.2008 passed by the bench comprising of Hon'ble K.K. Misra and Hon'ble S.C. Chaurasia, JJ. Order sheet indicates that by order dated 18.12.2009 the matter has been released.
It has been stated that in the said order crime number has been transcribed wrongly, which should be Crime No. 158 of 2008 instead of Crime No. 327 of 2008.
Accordingly, order dated 20.10.2008 is corrected to the extent that in the second paragraph, after the words 'shall not be arrested' instead of Crime No. 327 of 2008 "Crime No. 158 of 2008" be read. Order Date :- 6.1.2010 Pradeep/-
