Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.P. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite parties.
The petitioner's husband was having lease for mining work and under the terms of agreement, the petitioner alleged to have inherited the mining rights. For issuance of Form MM-11, the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.4,19,000/- on 16.5.2009 but till date, Form MM-11 has not been issued after considering the petitioner's application.
It is unfortunate that the matter of a widow has been kept pending by the district authorities since last almost more than seven months.
Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel submits that in spite of communication of the order, no instruction has been received.
List/put up on 10.2.2010. On the next date of listing, in case Form MM-11 is not issued, opposite parties 2 and 3 shall appear in person along with record.
