Both the parties appeared in person along with their counsel. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that let the parties may be given one more opportunity to settle their dispute amicably. Learned counsel for the respondent informs that till date the respondent has not married.

List on 22.9.2014. Till the next date of listing, the operation of the order dated 10.12.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra in Matrimonial Petition No. 929 of 2010, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act shall remain stayed. Meanwhile, the respondent may file counter affidavit.
