If the order under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has not been issued till the date on which a certified copy of this order is produced before the respondent no.2, and if till that date any objections of the petitioner under Section 13(3-A) of the Act are on record and have not been disposed of, the respondents will take care to decide the objections under Section 13(3-A) of the Act, before taking an action under Section 13(4) of the Act.
Issue notice to opposite parties. Steps to be taken within a week by registered post.
