Today a supplementary affidavit and an affidavit in reply to the compliance affidavit of the opposite party no.2 have been filed by the applicants. The same are taken on record.
Sri Satya Prakash Shukla, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of O.P. No.3. He prays for some time to file reply to the notice. The request has been opposed by the applicants.
The notices had been duly served on the O.P. No.3 on 5.12.2009. More than a month has passed since then. These are contempt proceedings and require urgent response from the opposite parties in reply to the notices. However, considering the facts and circumstances one last opportunity is given to the O.P. No.3 to file his reply within ten days. In the event of default the O.P. No.3 shall remain present before this Court on the next date fixed.
