Sri Gaurav Mehrotra states that as per decision of the District Judge, the petitioner's representation has been allowed and she has been granted the benefit of gratuity and pension.
In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is further aggrieved, she may approach the District Judge by means of filing a fresh representation.
