1. This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere in peaceful married life of the petitioners.
2. It has been pleaded that petitioners got married against the wishes of respondent No.4. Under the circumstances, respondent No.4 through police personnel is harassing the petitioners.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents-State has given statement on behalf of the police agency that unless criminal proceedings are initiated, the petitioners will not be approached by the police agency.
4. Considering the above noted statement given on behalf of the police agency, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that let this petition be disposed of.
5. The petition is disposed of.
