Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Issue notice to respondent No.6.
Each one of the respondents is granted eight weeks' time to file counter affidavit. While filing counter affidavit, the Managing Committee of the institution shall give specific reasons as to under what circumstances, the orders passed by the Educational Authorities are not being complied with and under what circumstances, petitioner is not being permitted to perform and discharge her duties in the institution.
List after eight weeks along with record of writ petition No.40589 of 2008 and w.p. No.13923 of 2009, showing the names of respective counsel along with cause title, in all cases.
