(ORAL) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner prays for a direction to be issued to the opposite party No.1 to decide the revision, said to be pending before him since February, 2019. The learned counsel for petitioner has referred to a copy of the order sheet filed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition. It has been submitted that although the case is being listed regularly, it has not been taken up on the dates fixed mostly because of paucity of time or because the lawyers were abstaining from work.
This Court has perused the order sheet. It appears that the matter is being listed almost every month before the concerned court, therefore, no direction can be issued for expeditious disposal. Moreso, when the counsel for respondents have already filed their objections regarding maintainability of the revision.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dispsoed of with the direction to the opposite party No.1 to consider and decide the revision, if possible, within a period of six months from the date of certified copy of this order is produced.
