JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect also on the writ petition.
Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
The bank draft of Rs. 15,000/- deposited by the petitioner Arshad in favour of Smt. Naazreen(corpus) in the office of Registrar General be returned to him(Arshad) after proper identification for encashment from the Bank concerned.
