JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
In pursuance of the order dated 4.9.2014 Sri Satish Chandra Yadav, Sub Inspector, P.S. Manpur, District Sitapur who is I.O. of this case is present in the court, he files a short counter affidavit. According to short counter affidavit the statement of the victim under section 161 Cr.P.C. has been recorded and he has proceeded further in the investigation in accordance with law.
This petition has been filed by the first informant with a prayer to direct the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation. In such circumstances, this petition has become infractuous.
Accordingly it is disposed of.
