Counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party No.2 is taken on record.
By means of this petition, non compliance of the order dated 17.10.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 4534 of 2011 Smt. Munni Devi and another Vs. Principal Judge, Family court, Lucknow and another is alleged.
By order dated 17.10.2011 this court had directed that the trial court shall consider the aforesaid issue and dispose it of at the earliest and the monthly amount which is due to the petitioners shall be paid to them.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the family court has not expedited the issue.
Let a report be called for from the Family Judge, Lucknow as to what action has been taken by him to expedite the hearing in compliance of the order passed by this court. Report be submitted within 15 days.
The Registrar of the court shall ensure the report from the Family Court, Lucknow by the date fixed.
List after 15 days. Name of Sri Prabhat Narain shall be shown on the next date of listing as counsel for opposite party.
