Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to grant some more time to appear before the court concerned in pursuance of the order dated 22.08.2014.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the petitioners appear before the court concerned on or before 26.09.2014 the benefit of the order dated 22.08.2014 shall be extended.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
Let a copy of this order may be supplied to learned counsel for the applicants today on payment of usual charges.
