JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner contends that even though she was appointed as a Mukhya Sewika, her services, has not been confirmed and nor she has been given her seniority. In this regard, the petitioner may make a representation before the Authority concerned. If such a representation is made, the Authority concerned will consider and decide the matter by a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
