This application for restoration of the writ petiton has been filed.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that vide order dated 21.5.2013 this petition was dismissed for want of prosecution due to non appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sufficient cause has been shown to recall the order dated 21.5.2013. Therefore, the order dated 21.5.2013 is recalled. The petition is restored to its original number.
Accordingly this application is allowed.

The restoration application has been allowed today.
This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the authority concerned not to interfere into peaceful married life of the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case in the present case no FIR has been registered and petitioners appears before the S.P. Bahraich with regard to his grievances, the same shall be considered so that injustice may not be with the petitioner.
With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
