As per Resolution dated 07.04.2021 of the Committee of this Court for the Purpose of Taking Preventive and Remedial Measures and for Combating the Impending Threat of Covid-19, this case is being heard by way of virtual mode.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicants, namely, Smt. Manorama and Smt. Leelawati, in Case Crime No. 296 of 2008, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Harraiya, District Basti,.
Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by the learned AGA.
Applicants are already on interim anticipatory bail by the order dated 29.07.2020.
For the reasons recorded in the order dated 29.07.2020, the order is confirmed. The applicants shall remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on police report, if any, under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. before the competent Court on the same terms and conditions as given in the order dated 29.07.2020.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed.
