From the record of this writ petition, this Court finds that copy of the interim order itself was served by the petitioner upon the respondent authorities on 18.06.2010 while he was dispossessed from the premises on 12.06.2010. Mere bard allegations that he had early informed the authorities about the order dated 11.06.2010 does not appeal to the Court for two reasons:-
1. In annexure no. 4 of the writ petition, it is stated that the petitioner's house was locked on 12.06.2010 when the petitioner and her husband were not present. In the document annexed to Annexure 4 dated 19.06.2010 records that on 12.06.2010 itself he informed the authorities of the said order. The stand are contradicting.
2. There is no material on record, which can establish that information of the interim order was communicated by the petitioner to the respondents officers of the bank on 11th or 12th June, 2010.
In the totality of the circumstances of facts on record, this Court finds that no contempt of the order of the Writ Court dated 11.06.2010 passed in Writ Petition No. 34489 of 2010 is made out.
Contempt Application is dismissed.
