Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 4705 of 2007 ( State vs. Ravi Singhal and others) under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and section 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, it is directed that the proceedings of the above mentioned case shall be expedited without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the side , in case the proceedings are not stayed by any other court.
With the above direction the application is finally disposed of.
