JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision was filed by Sri V.D. Ojha, Advocate. The application to withdraw the revision has been moved by Sri S.N. Gupta, Advocate. There is one Vakalatnama in the file of Sri S.N. Gupta, filed in the year 2008. The signature of Smt. Malti Agarwal in the revision and in the Vakalatnama of 2008 is entirely different to the signature of Smt. Malti Agarwal in the affidavit filed along with the present application.
Smt. Malti Agarwal is, therefore, directed to appear in person on 11.5.2011.
