Case called out.
None responds on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition.
Mr. Manish Jauhari has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents.
The petitioner in pursuance of the advertisement submitted an application for retail out let at Lucknow- Faizabad Road. As she has not been called for interview, preferred the instant writ petition.
In the interview held at I.O.C. Office, the result of which was declared whereby selecting Smt. Saroj Godel- opposite party no.4 for retails outlet dealership.
Shri Umesh Kumar as well as Shri Manish Jauhari, learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the opposite party no.4 who has been awarded dealership for running retail out let had operating the petrol pump and as such the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
