On perusal of the records, it is found that there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly on several occasions. Since there was no representation on 31.01.2017, the case was posted for dismissal on 02.02.2017.
2. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for 1st and 2nd respondents were present.
3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected M.Ps are closed. No costs.
