Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer made in this petition is to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Shahganj, Jaunpur to decide the Suit No. 24 of 2003 (Nanhka Vs. Prabhawati and others) within a stipulated period.
In view of the limited prayer made, considering the fact that the case is of the year 2003 the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concern to decide the above suit in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order by fixing short dates in quick succession provided there is no legal impediment in deciding it.
The benefit of this order would not be available, in case petitioner seeks unwarranted adjournments or two continuous adjournments.
Petition is disposed of.
