JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved by the so called prosecutrix to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bahraich to record her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
The petitioner has already moved an application before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bahraich to record her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which is pending undisposed of. Therefore, this petition appears to be mis-conceived and is liable to be dismissed.
It is accordingly dismissed.
