Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
An affidavit has filed on behalf of D.I.G., Lucknow is taken on record.
It has been stated that petitioner was arrested on 03.06.2010 in case Crime No. 321/2010 under Section 498-A/323/504/427 Indian Penal Code. She is released on bail by the court.
Keeping in view the statement and affidavit filed by D.I.G., writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to approach before appropriate Court in accordance with law.
