This is an application on behalf of legal heirs of appellant no. 1-Smt. Kushum Kumari, she died on 27.6.2009 leaving behind her husband Sri Har Prasad Sharma, who is already on record as appellant no. 2. The sons and daughters of Smt. Kushum Kumari are being substituted. The application is allowed. In front of the name of Smt. Kushum Kumari, the word since deceased be mentioned and endorsement be made that her husband Sri Har Prasad Sharma is already on record as appellant no. 2 and further Ajay Kumar Sharma, Vijay Kumar Sharma (sons), Rita Rani and Smt. Anita (daughters) be impleaded as appellant nos. 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4. The substitution be carried out within two weeks.
