Sri Kuber Singh Yadav, learned counsel has accepted on behalf of respondent nos. 1,2 and 3.
Issue notice to respondent nos.4 to 10 returnable at an early date for which learned counsel for the petitioner will take steps within a week.
The respondents may file counter affidavit within one month.
List this case after service of notice.
As an interim measure, it is provided that on plot no.41 no further construction shall be raised till the next date of listing.
