Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel.
This petition seeks to challenge an order dated 17.06.2019, whereby learned Additional Commissioner (Administration), Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya has passed some interim order in a revision petition pending before him against the order passed by the Tehsildar (Judicial), Sadar, Ayodhya on 21.07.2018.
The impugned order dated 17.06.2019 is purely interlocutory in nature, as such I am not inclined to interfere in this petition. It is further noticed that the petitioner has not sought any prayer before the learned revisional court seeking vacation of the order dated 17.06.2019.
In view of above, this petition is finally disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application seeking vacation of the order dated 17.06.2019, passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya. In case any such application seeking vacation of the said order is preferred by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law by the Additional Commissioner (Administration) after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned including respondent No.4, as expeditiously as possible, say within a period of two months from the date any such application is moved and certified copy of this order is furnished to him.
