JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel representing the respondent No.1.
In view of the proposed order, the requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent No. 2 is hereby dispensed with.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that an appropriate direction may be issued to the court concerned for expediting the proceedings of mutation Case No. T201904120500871,Smt. Krishna Kumari and others Vs. Smt.Kevalpata Singh said to be preferred under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer made by the petitioners, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to expedite the proceedings of aforesaid mutation case and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
It is further directed that the parties to the case shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment, neither any such adjournment shall be granted by the Presiding Officer, except in exceptional circumstances.
