This first appeal from order has been filed by the appellants against the order dated 8.12.2009 passed by learned Trial Court whereby the application 6 C of the plaintiff appellant has been rejected. Learned counsel for the appellant restricts his prayer only to the extent that the learned trial Court be directed to decide the suit within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and counsel for the respondents, the appeal is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (SD) Etawah to decide the O.S. No. 347 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. However, it is further provided that the status quo shall be maintained till then. Appeal is finally disposed of.
