JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is first application for cancellation of bail under section 439(2)Cr.P.C.
At this stage, no ground for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Balrampur is made out.
It is accordingly rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
