Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
Petitioner no.1 Smt. Kalpna Tyagi and petitioner no.2 Tarun Tyagi are present in Court.
The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for a direction in the nature of mandamus to restrain respondents from interfering in peaceful life of petitioners as husband and wife. Copy of High School Mark Sheet is annexed as annexure no.2 to the writ petition showing that petitioner no.1 Smt. Kalpna Tyagi was born on 7.7.1984. She appears to be major. Marriage registration certificate issued from office of Registrar, Hindu Marriage, Meerut, is annexed as annexure no.1 to the writ petition in proof of their marriage.
Issue notice to respondent no.4 returnable at an early date.
Counter affidavit may be filed within three weeks from the date of receipt of notice. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.
List immediately on expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till the next date of listing, respondents are restrained from interfering in peaceful life of petitioners as husband and wife, and adopting any coercive measure or causing harassment.
