The Officer of Insurance Company has not filed objection till today to the recall application as per the Office report. When I was trying to request the counsel for Insurance Company to file objection, he did not permit me to complete the sentence.
Hence, the Officer or present person having knowledge in this matter who had entered into compromise shall file affidavit as to why the amount of Rs.1,17,000/- has as of yet has not been deposited. As it is categorically stated that the decretal amount was already deposited much before the compromise took place in the Lok-Adalat and what is the stand of the said officer be spelt out clearly by tomorrow.
