JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri K.R. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party points out that the directions of the writ Court made on 15 April 2015 were complied with and the claim of the applicant duly considered and disposed of by order dated 3 November 2015.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not responded. The Affidavit of compliance is taken on record and the opposite party No. 2 who is present in Court is execused from further appearance in these proceedings subject to further orders of this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant may file his response to the Affidavit of compliance within a period of two weeks.
Post this matter upon expiry of the aforesaid period before the appropriate Court.
